Terms and Conditions of all Tours

Full payment is required upon booking.  If cancellation occurs within 48hrs of tour time, no refund will be given. Tours canceled before 48 hours will incur a $25 admin fee.

If the ferries are canceled due to extreme weather, or we are unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a full refund.

Our tours require a minimum of two people to run and can take a maximum of 6 people per van. If you require a private tour, please contact us here to discuss with us.

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is required due to COVID 19 Government enforced restrictions.
